Professional Network

A disciplined forum for operators, scholars, investors, and leaders advancing the frontier of systems-level transformation.

The Intelligent Infrastructure Network

A disciplined forum for operators, scholars, investors, and institutional leaders advancing the frontier of systems-level transformation.

The Intelligent Infrastructure Network is a growing community of clinicians, researchers, and strategic operators working across hospitals, startups, and schools of public health, management, and ethics. Together, we translate advanced theory into meaningful institutional results.

The Network is structured around three core mechanisms for impact:

  • Structured discussions on foundational theories and applied reviews, providing participants across disciplines develop shared language and deeper understanding of healthcare’s complexities.

  • A working group model to test ideas in motion, exchange challenges and insights, and apply learning in real time.

  • A high-level convening to align vision, elevate leadership, and showcase breakthroughs in thought and practice.

These touchpoints create a throughline: from individual learning to collaborative design to system-wide momentum. The aim is to empower those closest to the work to lead transformation from within.

Monthly Case Study Sessions

A focused forum for surfacing real-world complexity and accelerating shared problem-solving.

Each session invites participants to:

  • Share work in motion — stuck points, blind spots, or breakthroughs

  • Apply theory to practical design and operations

  • Learn from one another across sectors and settings

Cases are chosen for their relevance and learning potential, not polish. This is a space to work the problem — together.

Monthly Seminar: Learning in Practice

Our 90-minute seminar brings foundational ideas and applied cases into conversation. Each session pairs two short readings:

  • One foundational theory (e.g., Singer on integration, Myers on learning)

  • One real-world case (e.g., the VA's HRO effort)

Open to leaders, clinicians, and learners across disciplines. No expertise required — only curiosity and the drive to improve.

Session Structure

  • Two readings (theory + application)

  • One-page framing guide

  • 15–20 min synthesis

  • 60+ min discussion

Annual Conference

We convene an annual summit of leaders, scholars, and operational experts committed to practical transformation. Speakers are selected by recommendation from engaged members and reviewed by our advisory board — prioritizing those who drive meaningful change across disciplines, sectors, and systems.
